These Terms govern your access to and use of the Zambox messaging and billing platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
Zambox provides APIs and operational tools for SMS, WhatsApp, and email messaging. Channel availability, sender approval, delivery evidence, and provider capabilities may vary by account, network, and destination.
2. Acceptable Use
- Use the Service only for lawful messaging and in accordance with applicable consent, privacy, telecommunications, and marketing requirements.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform integrity, evade rate limits, or misuse credentials.
- Do not send deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or prohibited content, and honour opt-out and suppression requests.
3. Billing
Messaging is charged against a prepaid organization wallet using the active ZMW rate card. SMS is billed per segment, and provider-specific WhatsApp or other channel charges may apply. Verified terminal provider failures are refunded where the platform records a compensating credit.
4. Availability and Warranty
The Service is provided on an as-available basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Delivery depends on external networks and providers, and queued or accepted messages are not guaranteed to reach every recipient.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zambox is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from customer content, recipient actions, provider outages, or use of the Service outside these Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revision.
